Mary Mercado is an Emmy award and network level broadcast writer and producer with more than 20 years experience. She worked as Supervising Producer for Goodtaste with Tanji Patton which airs all over Texas and features 3 different restaurants each week. She is also part time regional producer for ABC News/Good Morning America. She launched and produced KSAT's successful afternoon talk show, SA Live. For more than a decade she wrote and produced dozens of live and taped programs for WXYZ, one of the top ABC affiliates in the country. She also wrote and produced HGTV's Rebecca's Garden in 2006.
